The Dedicated Office package offers you a private space within a shared area. It's perfect if you want your own office without the high cost. You'll have a dedicated workstation, WiFi access, and five (5) hours of meeting room usage per month. Plus, you'll get one (1) hour of conference room usage and a parking space.

Upgrade to the Private Office package for a fully private office space. It's available for you 24/7, giving you complete flexibility. You'll have WiFi, seven (7) hours of meeting room usage per month, two (2) hours of conference room usage per month, and a parking space. Enjoy the privacy and convenience of your own office.

The Personalized Office package is perfect if you need a larger space. You'll get an unfurnished office of twenty (20) square meters or more, allowing you to personalize it according to your needs. Along with WiFi access, you'll have seven (7) hours of meeting room usage per month, five (5) hours of conference room usage per month, and even two (2) parking spaces. To set up a Dubai free zone company with IFZA, individual shareholders need to provide the following documents :

•  Copy of passport : Please provide a clear copy of your passport, which includes your personal details and photo.
•  Passport photo : You'll need to submit a recent passport-sized photo for each shareholder. The photo should be in color and have a white background. Make sure your shoulders and head are visible, and avoid wearing jewelry, eyewear, or showing your teeth.
•  Emirates ID (if applicable) : If you are a UAE resident and have an Emirates ID, please provide a copy of it as well.
• Visa copy (if applicable) : If you are a UAE resident and hold a visa, please submit a copy of your visa along with the other documents.

• Notarized and attested copy of board resolution: Please provide a copy of the board resolution that authorizes the establishment of the Dubai free zone company. This document should be notarized and attested.
